چکیده
The article discusses the results of archaeological-onomastic research carried out for village Nowosielec, Łosice dist., situated in Toczna river basin on northern edge Poland’s Siedlce Upland. Archaeological analyses chronological and spatial development this micro-regional settlement showed oecumene to have been continuously viable from younger phases early Middle Ages modern times. A trace continuity is preserved as very place-name Nowosielec = Nowe Sioło (‘New Village’), which records memory existence an older village. Its onomastic base indicates that it derived Old East Slavic term seło, formed core many toponyms along eastern frontier contemporary Poland. rise oldest was probably related socioeconomic facilities nearby Dzięcioły stronghold – identified pre-location centre region (medieval Łosice). example two other local micro-regions where processes show similar patterns, offer insight into regional regress dated 2nd half 13th century. Results upper its cultural landscape radically changed not earlier than during 14th-15th centuries caused by a demographic decline. This thesis is devoted to marker-less 3D human motion tracking in calibrated and synchronized multicamera systems. Pose estimation is based on a 3D model, which is transformed into the image plane and then rendered. Owing to elaborated techniques the tracking of the full body has been achieved in real-time via dynamic optimization or dynamic Bayesian filtering. The objective function of a parti...

Intracellular signalling cascades, in which MAPK (mitogen-activated protein kinases) intermediate, are responsible for a biological response of a cell to an external stimulus. MAP kinases, which include ERK1/2 (extracellular signalling-regulated kinase), JNK (c-Jun N-terminal kinase) and p 38 MAPK, regulate the activity of many proteins, enzymes and transcription factors and thus have a wide sp...

FEI Helios NanoLab 600i microscope with Kleindiek MM3A-EM micromanipulators, controlled by microscope PC connected to Keithley 2400 Source Meter, has been used in our experiments. Due to limited space only several examples of FIB/SEM processes that have been conducted are presented here. They proof the great advantage of this technology in modifying single structures in short time. Streszczenie...

Reactive oxygen species (ROS) are formed as a consequence of cell metabolism but can also get into cells from external sources. Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), singlet oxygen ( O2) and hydroxyl radical ( •OH) are produced in many physiological processes such as respiration in the mitochondria and oxidation in the peroxisomes. In thyroid H2O2 participate in hormone synthesis. ROS induce DNA damages th...
